Contractions

We were learning about contractions. I know that contractions are made of 2 different words that are joined together. Contractions have an apostrophe in the middle. It is easy for me to read contractions.

I was learning about recount writing. I  know I can write simple sentences compound sentences complex  sentences. Now I need to remember to have direct speech to make my writing interesting.

I was learning about skip counting. I know to using arrays and groups of.  It was easy doing times tables because using arrays helps me know.

Full stops and capital letters

WALT put capital letters and full stops in the right places.  I know to put the capital letters in the right places.  It goes at the beginning of the sentence.

WALT show that we understand  the story. I can understand the story.

fractions

I was learning about fractions. Now I know how to find 1/3 and 1/5. I enjoyed doing fractions because it made me learn. I got a lot better at understanding the questions.

WAL about root words. I know root word has ing at the end of the word.  It is easy because I have done it before.
